LOF Hair USA operates an affiliate and influencer partnership program. In compliance with United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, all partnerships, sponsored content, and affiliate relationships involving LOF Hair USA are clearly disclosed in accordance with FTC Endorsement Guides.

Influencer Disclosures

All influencers, affiliates, and content creators partnering with LOF Hair USA are contractually required to disclose their material connection with our brand in every promotional post, story, video, or reel. Required disclosure hashtags include #ad, #partner, #sponsored, or equivalent clear language identifying the promotional nature of the content.

Compensation Structure

Compensation for influencer partnerships may include monetary payment, free products, discount codes for personal use, commission on sales generated through unique affiliate codes, or a combination thereof. All promotional content is created by influencers with our knowledge, though editorial control remains with the individual influencer within the guidelines of our partnership agreement.

Customer Discounts via Affiliate Codes

When customers use an affiliate or influencer discount code at checkout, they receive the applicable discount, and the affiliate/influencer earns a commission on the sale. This does not affect the price paid by the customer or the quality of the product received.
